MAYFIELD GROUP - SIX-MONTH GOVERNANCE COURSE
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
THREE-DAY WORKSHOPS
We begin and end our six-month programme with two three-day workshops. The focus is the four central themes of governance: Risk, legal, strategy and finance.
ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
During two one-hour sessions, your coach will help you to define:
Why you want to be a director
Your value proposition (the skillset you can offer boards)
Where you’d like to be in five years’ time
Any barriers you need to resolve
Your coach will provide specific feedback on what you need to work on during the group coaching/case studies section.
ONLINE ZOOM TUTORIALS
Over three months, you’ll attend a monthly online group tutorial, facilitated by Dr David Tweed. Each workshop will be focused on a particular case study where a board has faced significant challenges.
Our online group tutorials are focused on compliance and help to add another layer of knowledge. This provides extended networking opportunities and on-the-board learning application.
