    We use an ADDIE model to establish the focus of the workshop. Your participants’ objectives also help define the structure of the programme.

    We’ll identify the outputs you need, from workshop development to facilitator guides, Powerpoint presentations and E-Learning modules.

WORKSHOP DEVELOPMENT TOOLS

ADDIE MODELS - We utilise ADDIE models (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluations) to help steer the design and direction of the project/workshop.

TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS (TNA) - We complete a TNA to identify gaps in knowledge, and confirm the focus for the project/workshop.

ADULT GAME-BASE THEORY - We avoid death by Powerpoint by including participants in the learning. We can design activities to complement the learning, including scenario-based activities and panel simulations.

BLOOM’S TAXONOMY THEORY - Our breakout sessions are based on Bloom’s taxonomy theory, where participants develop a higher level of understanding. Participants are encouraged to evaluate and critique ideas.

MYERS BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR (MBTI®) - Mayfield Group’s certified MBTI® assessors run seminars on team building and communication skills.

Articulate360® - For E-learning module development, Mayfield uses the online platform Articulate360®.
